Giới thiệu về ActionAid Vietnam

ActionAid International là một tổ chức quốc tế chống đói nghèo làm việc tại hơn 40 quốc gia, sát cánh cùng người nghèo để chấm dứt đói nghèo và bất công. ActionAid Vietnam đã hoạt động tại Việt Nam được hơn 30 năm với các chương trình phát triển dài hạn tại các khu vực (vùng núi) Tây Bắc, Tây Nguyên, đồng bằng sông Cửu Long và các khu vực nghèo đô thị.

ActionAid International is a global anti-poverty organization working in more than 40 countries, including Vietnam, working closely with the poor to end poverty and injustice. ActionAid Vietnam is a part of this global network and has been operating in Vietnam for over 30 years with long-term development programs throughout the country, from the Northwest (Central Highlands) to the Mekong Delta.

CSP7

The 7th Country Strategy Paper (CSP): “Collective Actions for the People and Planet” presenting ActionAid Vietnam’s vision it contributes to shape in Vietnam for the period of 2024-2028, with the mission to end poverty and injustice. It has been prepared on feedbacks from communities and stakeholders, on findings and recommendations presented in ActionAid Vietnam’s CSP 6 (2018-2023) completion evaluation report, plus inputs from ActionAid Vietnam’s Board, staff and partners. 

CSP 7 was coming into being at a critical juncture in Vietnam’s development post COVID-19. The National Development Framework 2024-2028 as outlined in the CSP 7 includes commitments to contribute to the overall goal: 

  • By 2028, community based, socially inclusive, climate adaptive, disaster resilient development solutions will have been built with local actions for a sustainable future of Vietnam. 

Programme Objective: 

  • By 2028, people of Vietnam, especially those at risk of being left behind will have strengthened capacity to improve social inclusion, climate adaptation, disaster resilience development community based solutions for Vietnam’s sustainable future.
