Workshop on "What to do when facing sexual harassment at the workplace"
On December 4, 2019, the Hai Phong Management Board of Supporting Program for Development held a thematic discussion workshop on "What to do when facing sexual harassment at the workplace" funded by Global Fund for Women and ActionAid Vietnam. The workshop attracted the participation of more than 120 workers and leaders of Crystal Sweater Vietnam Co., Ltd.
The Lagash team built a discussion scenario in the form of a short play telling a story of a boss who is in love with a married employee and promises to give her a promotion if she accepted to be his secret lover. Participants came up with their approaches and collectively discussed the issue. Factory leaders also participated in the role of trade unions to support and resolve the above situations in compliance with the factory's rules. Also, the Hai Phong Management Board of Supporting Program for Development invited consultants from the Law Association of the city to provide legal advice and free private advice session to those in need. At the end of the discussion, participants gained more knowledge and skills to respond to sexual harassment.
Ngày 04/12/2019, Ban quản lý Chương trình Hỗ trợ Phát triển thành phố Hải Phòng đã tổ chức buổi thảo luận theo chuyên đề :"Làm gì khi bị quấy rối tình dục (QRTD) nơi làm việc" do tổ chức Global Fund for Women và tổ chức ActionAid Việt Nam tài trợ. Hội thảo đã thu hút sự tham gia của hơn 120 công nhân và lãnh đạo công ty TNHH Crystal Sweater VN.
Nhóm Lagash đã xây dựng tình huống thảo luận dưới hình thức 1 vở kịch ngắn với nội dung 1 ông sếp gạ tình 1 cô nhân viên đã có gia đình, hứa sẽ thăng chức nếu cô chấp nhận làm người tình bí ẩn của ông ta. Những người tham gia đã đưa ra những cách xử trí của riêng họ và cùng nhau thảo luận về vấn đề đó. Lãnh đạo nhà máy cũng tham gia với vai trò là công đoàn doanh nghiệp hỗ trợ và giải quyết những tình huống trên thông tuân thủ theo nội quy riêng của nhà máy. Ngoài ra, Ban Quản lý Chương trình Hỗ trợ Phát triển thành phố Hải Phòng cũng mời chuyên gia tư vấn từ hội luật gia thành phố tham gia tư vấn về pháp luật và tư vấn riêng miễn phí cho những người cần hỗ trợ. Kết thúc buổi thảo luận, những người tham gia có thêm nhiều kiến thức và kĩ năng ứng phó với QRTD.
