ActionAid Vietnam Country Strategy Paper 2018-2023
Advancing Human rights for Social Justice
The ActionAid Vietnam Country Strategy Paper 2018 - 2023 sets out the vision, mission and values of the organisation and outlines a series of ambitious targets for achievement.
It was developed based on the principles of ActionAid International’s Accountability, Learning and Planning System and builds on the foundation of the ActionAid International Global Strategy for 2028.
The three key priorities set out by the Vietnam Country Strategy Paper for 2018-23 include:
- Improve people’s capacity to build safe communities, and adapt to climate change and disasters with alternative sustainable livelihoods.
- Promote grassroots democracy to advance people’s rights to gender responsive public services.
- Support partners, communities and organizations with practical capacity (skills, knowledge, space and networking) to advance social justice.
